Amazon's service was great, but enough of that, I really like this laptop, some incidents that are not Bluetooth and trackpad, needs a little 'more work, but you should have a great mouse if you want to do a little 'hardcore surf, which at small sizes or laptop (which is the main reason why I understood), but what do you expect when you buy a netbook … Skype works well with it, but the mono speaker brings down a bit ', but the headphones have to be careful unless you are insensitive to public use. have not had to fully test the requirements of the battery, but so far the great works and bloatware removal is easy. All in all a good product is not perfect, but close enough for me.
If Bluetooth is included in the price would have been a period of five perfect for me
