I look at a netbook for a few years, but it just was not sure if it was what I wanted. I decided to sell my mac and went back looking for a smaller laptop. My husband spoke to me saying that my HP was beautiful and I do not need. Well, to my surprise, two days after a netbook has arrived in the mail. Happy Birthday!
I love this netbook (I have the pink). The first thing I did when I pulled out of the box is to install a 2 GB stick of RAM. When I removed the hard drive clean and has a dual boot with XP and Vista. (Remember to make the recovery discs!) The hard disk is formatted as difficult, and I had a Linux install disc to get cleared. But now runs beautifully!
Is not really Vista and makes it warm or work at all. Actually I did not use the XP-size, but I imagine that runs smoother than Vista. I like everything. I have no complaints. I will be looking for a 6-cell battery gives me more life. I think that is enough to realize that you can just as rough with these netbooks as a true laptop.

Note: If you resize partitions and then try the recovery disc does not work use. Recovery discs are made to read from the hard drive the way it was when the factory installation.
