Since I am in my netbook in May, had completely crashed twice. I returned to the company (at my expense) for repair. They kept it for more than three weeks. Every time I phoned to check, no one could tell me anything and was never a supervisor available. When I came back (after having sent a letter to the head), it seemed as if someone had used a hard hockey - all the deep scratches on the lid. If I want to discuss further, I must go back to their client torture program. I will never do business with this company again.
